Terms of Service
Commission Process
All pieces are handmade to order. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a commission slot. We review every application personally and reserve the right to decline any application. You will be contacted within 24 hours if your commission is accepted.
Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on accepted commissions. The remaining balance is due upon completion before shipping. Accepted payment methods: GCash, Bank Transfer, PayMaya.
Timeline
Estimated production time is communicated per commission. Delays may occur due to material availability. Rush orders cannot be guaranteed.
Changes & Cancellations
Design changes are accepted within 48 hours of deposit. No cancellations are possible after production begins. The deposit is forfeited on cancellation.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
The buyer owns the physical rug but not reproduction rights. We retain the right to photograph and display completed commissions for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed. Commissioned designs based on third-party characters do not transfer intellectual property rights.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damage to rugs after delivery. We are not liable for customs or import fees incurred by international buyers.
