When you submit a commission inquiry, we collect the information you provide: your name, contact details (IG handle, email, or mobile), and design preferences. We do not collect or store payment data on this site — all payments are handled off-platform via GCash, bank transfer, or PayMaya.

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, fulfill commissions, and communicate about your order. Your data is never sold to third parties and never used for advertising.
Data Storage & Security
Your inquiry data is stored in Firebase Realtime Database (Google Cloud infrastructure). Images are stored in Cloudflare R2. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We do not collect browsing behavior data.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Under the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), you have the right to be informed, to access, and to object to processing of your personal data.
