Shipping Policy

Packaging

Each rug is carefully rolled, wrapped in kraft paper, and placed in a box or tube. Fragile handling stickers are applied to all packages.

Domestic Shipping (Philippines)

We ship via LBC, J&T, or Grab courier depending on your location and preference.

• Metro Manila: 1–3 days after completion
• Provincial: 3–7 days after completion

The buyer shoulders shipping cost unless otherwise communicated (free shipping may apply to select orders — confirmed before final payment).

International Shipping

Available on request. The buyer shoulders full shipping costs as well as any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We are not liable for customs delays or import taxes.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent via the contact information you provided in your commission application as soon as your order ships.

Damage in Transit

If your rug arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging immediately upon receipt and file a claim with the courier directly. We will assist where possible but are not liable for carrier damage.
