Fill out the commission application at fuzzyrugs.store/inquire. We review every application personally and reach out within 24 hours.
How long does a rug take to make?
Typically 2–4 weeks depending on size and complexity. The timeline is confirmed before you pay the deposit.
Can I see progress updates?
Yes. We send photos at key stages — canvas traced, tufting in progress, and finished before shipping.

What materials do you use?
Premium wool and acrylic yarn depending on the piece. The specific material is confirmed per commission.
Are rugs suitable for the floor or wall only?
Both. Smaller pieces work beautifully as wall art. Larger pieces can be used as floor rugs. We'll advise based on your design.
How do I care for my rug?
Spot clean using a vacuum and lint roller. Do not machine wash. A full care guide is sent after your order.
Pricing
How much does a custom rug cost?
Pricing depends on size and complexity, starting from ₱5,000. Fill out the application and we'll give you an exact quote.
Do you offer payment plans?
50% deposit to start, 50% before shipping. Discuss further arrangements via DM.

What is the 1/100 Series?
100 iconic characters, one rug each, made once and never again. Check availability at fuzzyrugs.store/collections.
Can I request a character not on the list?
Yes — use the commission application and describe your design, or send us a DM on our social media.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. Metro Manila: 1–3 days, provincial: 3–7 days after completion. See our Shipping Policy for details.
